"Still waiting for my refund"
I placed an order from Australia and needed to send the dress back because it was way too big. Turns out, they don’t offer free returns from down under. I ended up spending another US$27 for the return shipping. The item arrived on April 24, but I haven’t heard a peep from eShakti, even after sending several emails (just getting those automated replies).
Hearing from other folks on Facebook has me feeling pretty down about this. I’ll definitely be telling my friends to steer clear!!!

I bought a dress on April 6, 2023. It was supposed to arrive by April 24, 2023. We still haven't gotten the dress, and I've tried reaching out to this company several times. No reply whatsoever. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

"Absolutely Enjoying My Experience Here!"
I really enjoy buying from this website! Nearly all the items have suited me perfectly, and I wholeheartedly suggest giving it a go! Being plus-sized and petite in proportion, it’s such a breath of fresh air to find options that truly fit! The only thing I’d like to see improved is the ability to select different fabrics. It would be awesome if I could zoom in on the patterns when I hover over them. <3

"You folks always come through!"
You folks always come through! I'm consistently happy with the customization choices! The one thing I wish is for you to broaden the selection of bridesmaid dress colors. There’s a ton of navy and black, and I even spotted a couple of pink and lavender styles. My bridesmaid color is sky blue, and I could only find one dress in that shade. The other sky blue options had patterns and prints, and I'm after plain sky blue. But aside from that, I'm satisfied.

"Complete disaster - dress is way off"
What a complete disaster - the dress is way off. The remade version still doesn't fit. They won't cover the tailoring expenses. I ordered my wedding gown from eShakti, providing my custom measurements. It showed up two weeks late and was way too large in the shoulders, plus it seemed designed for someone much taller. They did remake it under their 'fit guarantee' after I sent them photos and explained the issues, and I even double-checked the measurements I provided. The new dress came just one week before my wedding, and guess what? It still didn’t fit, barely any changes made. So, I had to take it to a tailor for alterations, which cost as much as the dress itself, and the company refused to reimburse me for that. Fingers crossed I’ll have a dress that fits for my big day, but I won’t know until the last minute since the tailor needs time for all the adjustments.

"Ripped off for $200"
I purchased four dresses. Noticed the shipping would take a month, so I decided to cancel. I shot them an email and followed up.
They clearly didn’t pay attention and sent me two of the dresses anyway. I sent them back, got a confirmation that they received the returns, but still no refund. It's been weeks now. They’re not responding to emails or picking up the phone.
This is totally a scam!!!

The items are way too tiny (4 inches, despite me providing accurate measurements). Plus, their customer service is non-existent. They don’t respond to inquiries and just send back some automated message. The return process is a nightmare.
I reckon I’ll be requesting a refund to my credit card.

The items I ordered didn’t fit right, so I sent them back. I’ve got proof that they got the return package.
Back in February, I reached out to ask about my refund, and they assured me I’d get it, but I haven’t seen a dime yet. I’ve shot them over five emails asking for an update and a refund, but they’ve been ghosting me for months.
If I ever get my money back, I’ll let folks know, but as it stands, their customer service has been terrible (or more like nonexistent), and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of over $300. I strongly recommend that no one buys from them.

"Beware of Scams"
Heads up about scams! I made a purchase back in March, and the delivery date they promised came and went without a peep. After waiting three weeks, I decided to cancel since there was no sign of my order arriving. It's been three weeks since I cancelled, and I’m still waiting on my refund. This is just bad business and downright dishonest.
"Room for Improvement in Customization"
The customization process really needs to step up its game. It’d be great if we could preview how a dress looks in the fabric we select.
I’ve got some ideas for more unique designs and would love to see a wider range of solid colors in the 'COTTON WOVEN' category, like light yellow and cyber yellow. That would be awesome!
Also, how about more rewards or coupons for platinum members? We’re the ones who shop the most!

"Dress finished on 4/10, but still hasn't shipped"
I placed an order for two dresses on 3/29/23. The first one was ready, and I got a notice saying it would arrive between 4/14 and 4/17. But then, the second dress just stopped progressing, and neither of them has been shipped yet. I've been emailing them every other day since the 17th, but no replies or updates on shipping have come my way. I noticed in other reviews that they often ship items separately, so I asked them to send the finished dress, but they didn’t get back to me on that either. I should've paid more attention to the recent reviews before I ordered, as it seems their service is going downhill. I'm really let down, especially since the wedding I needed the completed dress for is this weekend. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’d suggest ordering at least two months ahead. And if you need any special alterations or are using your own measurements, I’d recommend giving it three months. My order didn’t require any special sizing.

"My Experience with eShakti Over the Years"
I've been using eShakti for quite a while now and have made a bunch of orders. What I really like is that when I click on a garment, it opens in a new window, so I don’t have to keep scrolling back to find my place. Just recently, I found out (after all this time) that there's a link called Product Details for extra info. It would be super helpful if you could include whether a garment is lined or comes with a camisole in all descriptions. Other than that, it’s been a fantastic experience!

"No Refund and Lousy Customer Support"
My order arrived on April 12, but the quality of the items was subpar. They didn’t honor my customization request either. I followed their return process and sent everything back, but now I’m left in the dark about my return status. Customer service is a joke; they don’t reply to emails and won’t pick up the phone—just leave a message, they say. I’ve shopped with e-shakti before and had no issues, but this is the first time I’ve had to return something, and it’s a total mess. All they’re offering me is store credit, but that hasn’t shown up either.
