Love this site and love the dresses. More pattern options that allow for breathable material would always be appreciated (cotton, silk, linen)

I ordered from Australia and had to return the dress as it was too loose. Found out that they do not do free return from Australia. Forked out another US$27 for return parcel post. Item delivered on 24 April. But no live contact from eShakti, despite a number of emails to them (only auto generated reverts).

From experiences of other customers on Facebook, I am getting pessimistic. Definitely will warn my friends to AVOID!!!

Ordered a dress on 4/06/23. It was to be delivered 04/24/23. We have not received the dress, and I have made multiple attempts to contact this company. No response at all. I would NOT order from them.

Love shopping on this site! Almost everything has fit me beautifully and I 100% recommend shopping here! I'm plus sized, petite in proportion, and it is so refreshing that I know that we can make anything to actually fit me! My only complaint would simply be when you can choose a different fabric. I wish when I scrolled over I could get a close-up of the pattern. <3

You guys never disappoint! I'm always pleased with the customization option! The only thing is that I'd love for you guys to expand your bridesmaid dress colors. There is a plethora of navy blue and black and I even found a few pink and lavender options. My bridesmaid color is sky blue and literally only one dress was found in that color. The other sky blue colors had patterns and prints on them and I'm looking for plan sky blue. But other then that, I'm happy.

Total failure- dress doesn't fit. Remade dress doesn't fit. Won't reimburse tailoring needed.
I ordered my wedding dress from eShakti, with custom measurements. The dress arrived 2 weeks late and did not fit at all. It was far too big in the shoulders, and made for a much taller person. They remade it with the "fit guarantee" with pictures and description of the bad fit, and I double checked the measurements I gave them. The remade dress arrived 1 week before my wedding, it still didn't fit, hardly any improvement at all. Then I had to take it to the tailor to be altered, which cost as much as the dress, and the company wouldn't reimburse the tailoring cost. Hopefully I'll have a dress that fits for my wedding, but I won't know until the day before because the tailor needs time to do so many changes.

I ordered four dresses. I saw the shipping would take a month so I cancelled. I sent them an email and a follow up.

They did not read it and sent two of the dresses. I returned them, received acknowledgement that they got them back but I received no refund. It has been weeks. They don't answer emails or the phone.

This is a scam!!!

They'll take your money and not send anything. Don't buy from them.

Items made way too small (4 inches even though I gave correct measurements),
Also they have zero customer service. They don’t answer question and instead have a robotic reply. The return processes is horrible.

The items didn't fit properly, so I returned them. I have proof of them receiving the return package.

In february I emailed to inquire about the return and they promised me a refund, but so far I've received nothing. I've sent them 5+ emails to ask for an update and to please refund me, but they have been ignoring me for months now.

If they refund me I'll update, but so far customer service regarding my refund has been atrocious (or rather non existent) and they have scammed me out of $300+ usd. I highly advise anyone to not buy from them.

Scamming warning. I placed order in March, three weeks quoted delivery date was not met, I cancelled three weeks after placing order because there was no date in sight for delivery. I cancelled three weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Terrible business ethics and dishonest.

The customization experience should be more improved by now. We should be able to see how a dress will look in the fabric that we have choose.

More different designs (I have some ideas) and a variety of plain colors in the "COTTON WOVEN" section, like light yellow, cyber yellow, would be greatly appreciate it.

Also more rewards/ coupons for platinum members. We are the most active customers.

I ordered 2 dresses on 3/29/23, the first dress was complete and they sent me notice that it would arrive between 4/14 - 4/17. However progress on the second dress stopped and neither dress was shipped. I have emailed them every other day since the 17th and have not received a response, nor have I received any update on shipping. I saw in other reviews that they shipped items separately, so I asked them to ship the completed dress and they did not respond to that either. I checked reviews on this site before ordering and I should have paid attention, to the more recent ones, as it looks like their service is declining. I am very disappointed, as the wedding I ordered the completed dress for is this weekend. I rarely write reviews, but I would recommend ordering 2 months in advance and if you have special alterations or are using your personal measurements I would give it 3. I did not have special sizing on my order.

I have used eShakti for some years now and placed numerous orders. I love the fact that each garment clicked on comes up in a new window so I am not always having to find where I have scrolled to down the list. I just discovered (after all this time) that you can click on a link called Product Details for more information. It would be appreciated if you could add in all descriptions whether or not a garment comes lined or with a camisole. Otherwise, great experience!

The order was delivered on April 12. The items were of poor quality and my customization request that was supposed to be honored was not. I returned all of the items according to their procedure, but there is no information on the status of my return and the customer service does not respond to e-mails, is not answering calls but is only available to leave a message. I ordered from e-shakti previously and everything was fine. This is the first time I had to return anything and the business is a shambles. All I can get from them is store credit but even that is not coming.
